Scripture teaches that in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others (Romans 12:5).

Membership in Blairgowrie Parish Church is open to all who profess faith in Jesus Christ and believe the basic teachings of the Christian faith.

Church membership is an important expression of tour love and loyalty to the Lord Jesus Christ. Each member is a vitally unique and important person in our church family. We recommend to any believer in Jesus Christ who has become a regular part of our church community to consider becoming a member.

A course to prepare for membership of the Church is offered twice a year using the Alpha Course or the Way course. This is followed up with an evening when information is given about the work of the Church. This course aims to answer all those questions and probably others that you haven’t thought of yet. It is a course specifically for those who are enquiring or preparing for membership. It’s also a very good course for new Christians.

Once the membership course is completed, at an arranged Sunday, after having been received by the Kirk Session, you will be publicly welcomed into membership during the 11.00 am morning worship service.

If you are interested in learning more about Blairgowrie Parish Church, and how to become a member, please visit our church on any Sunday for more information or speak with Benjamin the Minister.
